1. Use appropriate language. This is a family site for all ages. We don't want kids learning new four-letter words here. 2. No personal insults. Lively debate is fine as long as it doesn't disintegrate into personal attacks and flame wars. 3. No advertising. This is not the place to put your record collection up for sale, or to advertise your business. There are appropriate newsgroups for such things. If, however, you are seeking a hard-to-find album or video and place a request for assistance, that is fine. 4. No defamation. Constructive criticism of an artist is one thing; hurling insults at him or her is another. 5. No copyright infringement. Please do not post material created by other people, unless it's public domain. This affects song lyrics, newspaper clippings, and magazine articles in particular. It's ok to quote brief passages of articles and lyrics to support your point, as long as you give credit where it is due, but posting complete lyrics and the like can lead to a serious lawsuit.That's it!
